Thus, Iago begins his make-Othello-jealous campaign by commenting on how weird it is that Cassio hurried off so quickly, like a thief stealing away in the night. Desdemona tells him to stay, but Cassio feels too weird and hurries out. Seeing Othello coming, Cassio decides it's time to leave. Was not that Cassio parted from my wife? 40Ĭassio, my lord?
